Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love and enjoy your Zai Swim which is why we offer returns on the items that were not purchased with a discount of 25% or more with a STORE CREDIT REFUND ONLY Policy.  

1 We do not offer cash refunds and our policy is a STORE CREDIT REFUND ONLY Policy.  
2 We will issue store credit only for the value of the items returned. Shipping is non-refundable.
3 We accept returns within 20 days from the date you received your order.
4 All return items must be unused and undamaged. Washing or altering the items in any way are considered damaging it. We suggest wearing it over other pieces of clothing when you are trying it on for the first time to avoid stains and damages
5 We only offer returns with the Item/s that were not purchased with a discount of 25% or more. These sales are considered final and cannot be returned.
6 The buyer is responsible for all return costs—including shipping, duties, and taxes. These are not covered and will not be reimbursed by us.
7 Please note: while waiting for your credit we cannot reserve your items for you while your items are in transit and while we have yet to issue your credits.
8 Due to high demand, we do not offer size’s exchanges of the same item as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive Store Credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.
1 Email with your order number and name of items you wish to return.
2 Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process and approve your return request
3 Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email containing the return address, return request number and other pertinent details.
4 Ship the item/s back to the address stated. We recommend you to send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit. Given this, please declare minimum shipment value for returned parcels. We reserve the right to refuse a return that has unpaid duties and taxes being charged to us.
5 Once we’ve received the item/s, we will send you an email updating you of its status.
6 After we’ve checked the item/s and it has passed our quality control, you will receive an email containing your store credits. 
You may then use the store credit to purchase a new swimsuit in another style or size from our online store. Item/s returned without a return request number will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
Please email with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days from the date you received your order so our team can arrange a replacement, store credit or refund as soon as possible
2 Any faults that occur after 30 days will not be accepted
**Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty**
