Shipping Policy

1 We ship all international orders via DHL express worldwide shipping which will take usually 4 – 7 business days after processing the orders.  Please note ** We are unable to ship to Russia or PO boxes**

2 Please allow 1-2 days for processing orders and to receive tracking       number/confirmation of order shipment. 

Please note ** Business days do not include weekends and holiday in Thailand

3 The shipping cost worldwide via DHL express shipping is 32 USD

4 We do offer free DHL express international shipping if your order reach 250 USD (After discount)

5 We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund. You as a customer are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.

6 All unclaimed / un-deliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer’s own expense. 

7 Zai Swim is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested a safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended.

 

 

 

1 Please note that Zai Swim is not liable for customs clearance fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs. 

2 The customer is responsible for paying customs duties and taxes levied by the respective country involved in your shipment. Zai Swim will not reimburse payments made for such. 

3 Customs policies vary from country to country and we can not anticipate this. If you are unsure of charges and whether you will be affected, please inquire on your local customs office first.

4 All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.

5 Please keep an eye on your shipment with the tracking number provided to avoid delays, Zai Swim is not responsible if you are not notified by your country’s postal authority.

 

If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $35 return fee deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal.
